Impressions from the annually Amphibians-and-Fishes-Exhibition here in Göttingen (Old Botanical Garden).
Crowds of people were there today, so the photo-shooting was a little bit difficult.
The name of these insects is “Extatosoma tiaratum” from Australia – their original habitat.

      Thank You!
      In the wild they prefer fresh eucalyptus leaves. In the terrarium they like to eat fresh leaves of rose family, also fresh leaves of raspberry, blackberry, oak tree, hazelnut and some more.
