Bringing in the harvest of plums

This year we have a lot of plums, but we can`t pick them all….  just too much plums. Members of our family have already made jam, jelly, chutney, liqueur and pies.
Me, I just croped 6 or 7 kg and my bowl was half-full. That was enough for the beginning. 😉

The worms took to one`s heels. This year there are – surprisingly – only few worms living inside the fruits. Maybe 20 or 30 plums with a worm inside.

Filled up  2 big freezer bags and the rest was for ” fruit in rum”.
Pardon, it`s “fruit in vodka”:
Recipe will follow, after I have checked that it`s tasty. First it has to store for a while. 🙂
